From an early age, Zak has always been independent and helped people in any way he could. He has always been the go-to person whether helping change a flat tire, helping someone move, or keeping his mom's spare house keys ready for those times she locks herself out. Zak started his first business at the age of 10 mowing lawns. When times were tough, he helped his family in any way he could. Zak always wanted to help others, and by doing that he became a stronger and better person. Over the years, he managed to transition his lawn mowing gig into a successful business, but he wasn’t sure if landscaping was truly what he wanted to do for the rest of his life.
Zak decided to go to college and quickly realized it wasn’t right for him. He was committed to giving it an honest try, so he attended for two years. In his second year of college, Zak began to pay more attention to his grandmother. She had been a successful REALTOR® for a long time at that point. Growing up, his grandparents were his role models for both business and relationships. They had been together since they were 17 and seemed so happy and successful. Zak remembers going to their lake house and thinking “Wow, they really have life figured out.”
After his two years in college, Zak worked hard to grow his landscaping business while simultaneously becoming a REALTOR®. He worked hard at both ventures, and eventually he reached a point where he either had to expand his landscaping business or commit to real estate full-time.
In 2018, Zak finally decided to become a REALTOR® full-time and work alongside his grandmother. It was clear to him that he didn’t want to have a life working sunup to sundown anymore. Zak wanted to have time to spend with his family and have a similar lifestyle as his grandparents.
Zak loves being a REALTOR® because he gets to continue helping people every day. Through it all, he learned that every chance to help someone is an opportunity to challenge yourself and grow.
Whether you are buying or selling, Zak wants to help you reach your goals by truly getting to know you and your individual situation. His priority is doing what is right for you. That is why he never pressures his clients into buying a home or accepting a deal that doesn’t meet their needs. His entire business is referral-based because people see his dedication to helping them and the care he puts into each transaction. They want that same treatment for their friends and family.
Over the years, Zak has never worked for anyone but himself. He has always been independent and able to support whatever goal he set for himself. He channels that same drive and attention into helping his clients achieve their dreams. Zak specializes in residential real estate, working with both buyers and sellers.
